These terms explain included usage, overages, plan adjustments, and additional charges for subscribed services provided by iDeate Solutions LLC.
Services include defined monthly or annual usage limits based on the plan purchased. This may include, but is not limited to, IVR call minutes, data transfer, storage, compute resources, web hosting, email, SMS/MMS messaging, API usage, and other cloud-based services.
Unless otherwise specified, IVR services include a standard monthly call allowance (for example, 2,000 minutes). Additional IVR usage is billed at $75 per 500-minute increments. Unused minutes do not roll over.
Cloud infrastructure and third-party services, including platforms such as AWS, including Lightsail bandwidth, storage, compute, and data transfer, telephony providers, email, and messaging services, are metered. Any usage beyond included limits will result in additional charges at standard or provider rates. Certain charges are pass-through costs and may vary without prior notice.
All usage is measured based on the Company’s or its providers’ systems, which are considered final and binding. Unless otherwise stated, no usage caps apply, and customers are responsible for all usage and associated charges incurred under their account.
If usage exceeds plan thresholds, the Company may apply overage charges or automatically move the Customer to the next applicable monthly or annual service tier.
Overages may be billed immediately or added to the next billing cycle. All usage-based charges are non-refundable once incurred.
Services, features, or requests outside the agreed scope, including additional development, integrations, expanded hosting, increased traffic, or higher messaging volumes, will incur additional fees.
Excessive, abnormal, or unexpected usage may result in temporary service limitations, suspension, or required plan adjustments.
The Company may limit or suspend services to prevent excessive costs or risk. Customers are responsible for monitoring usage. The Company is not responsible for overages caused by traffic spikes, campaigns, misconfiguration, or third-party activity.
Rates and plan pricing may increase from time to time due to infrastructure or provider cost changes. Any increases will be communicated in advance or prior to the next billing or renewal cycle.
